The reasons for Premium
"Premium is designed to be simple for a Japanese family to use."

A front door has a door lock and a indoor bar door guard. It also has a mailbox.
The entrance space is one step lower than the main floor and has a shoe rack, for a Japanese custom that people take off their shoes when entering a house.
The living room is spacious so that a family can spend their time relaxedly.
A ceiling fan and stylish bracket lights provide sufficient brightness and an atmosphere in the rooms.
The bedroom under a loft is 190 cm in height, and the height of loft space is secured also.
A 180cm-wide kitchen has 3 gas burners and a fish grill.
The bathroom is a Japanese common bathroom, having a bathtub and a space for washing a body. And a toilet is in a separate toilet room from the bathroom.
There is no level difference between the bathroom and the main floor, easy to go in and out. (Barrier-free floor construction)
A toilet has a heated seat as standard. A washlet (bidet function) is available as an option.

The body with a low floor limits an installation site, but the appearance that does not look like a mobile home is premium.

The loft space is a carpet floor, with a safety fence and a ventilating fan.

Bathroom

The bathroom is a common Japanese bathroom; a bathroom for shower/bath and a toilet room are separated.

Level difference on floor at the bathroom door was eliminated.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a wide body-washing space.

A space for a washing machine is secured next to the washstand.

A window in the toilet room is a frosted double pane awning window.
