This model was developed after an occuration of earthquake disaster. It is a design for preparation for disasters which may occur someday.

1) 3.2 meter-wide body
2) Making a living space in which people can stay with feeling secure
3) Being energy-saving by high airtight & insulation, such as 100mm-thick heat insulation and high airtight window sashes
4) Withstanding Japanese severe climate, such as heavy snow and coldness
5) Toilet with washlet (bidet) function and heated seat
6) Two doorways with locks

The reasons for Land Bridge
Our hope we learned through helping with disaster revival for over 15 years

The front door has a door lock and a indoor bar door guard. It also has a mailbox.
The bathroom and living room can be separated by locking the door. (So that the bathroom can be opened to people being in trouble due to disasters or emergency situations.)
Spacious living room and bedroom
The bedroom can be partitioned with an accordion curtain (option). You can read a book calmly.
The bathroom is one step lower than main floor, so it's easy to clean.
The toilet has a heated seat and washlet (bidet) function.
A ceiling fan and LED ceiling lights provide sufficient brightness and an atmosphere in the rooms.
