As supporting the recovery of the afflicted areas, we set a half price
on a distance-based transport charge for the victims. *To present a disaster-victim certificate is required.
Basics of Transporting Mobile Homes (national road, expressway, shipping)
- We safely and efficiently deliver mobile homes to your desired site.
- As for large sized mobile homes, traffic permission for a special-purpose
vehicle is required.
(It is necessary to apply 3 months in advance because it takes time to
aquire.)
- We make a transport plan with doing prior investigation. (Investigation
costs required separately.)
Transportation Costs
* Costs, Charges, etc. stated on this page are not including tax. Consumption
tax will be added.
Transport distance differs much in a route used. We decide a distance along
an actual driving route.
Road width must be over 4 meters in straight roads, over 7 meters at curves,
and over 7 meters of both roads at crossings. And also, electric wire,
signs, and any other obstacles on the road need to be confirmed in advance.
Basic Transportation Charge: 200,000 yen
- We transport mobile homes from night to early morning basically.
- We transport safely with a wrecker truck. Two vehicles, a leading car and
a following car, accompany to ensure safety around. (with three transport
staffs)
- As for transportation of a small-size product, a basic charge is 50,000 yen because leading and following vehicles accompanying are unnecessary.
Charge for traffic permission application of a special vehicle: 40,000 yen
(including costs for compulsory automobile liability insurance and temporary
service permission.)
Charge for application for easing of the standards: from 30,000 yen to 200,000 yen
(This is not required for our products made after 2010.)
Notice: There are some products which can not be applied for easing of the safety
standards.
There are some products whose vehicle structure, strength of underbody,
minimum turning radius, stable inclination angles, braking capability,
etc. can not be proved. So they can not be transported. Please comfirm the certificate of manufacturing, the certificate of origin,
etc.

• In the case lodging is required: 24,000 yen/day for three staffs
- In the case a transport distance as to large-size exceeds 200 km, lodging
is required on the way. Lodging expenses and incidental expenses (if required)
- In the case a departure place is away from our company, lodging expense
if lodging is required to collect a mobile home in a distant place
- In the case a departure place is away from our company, travel expenses
(actual cost) to collect a mobile home in a distant place
Special Discount
• Discount for a large order, etc. * It depends on contents. Please ask for more information.
Use of Heavy Machinery when carrying-in and -out (forklift, crane, etc.)
- Road width needs to be 7 meters or more at curves and crossings (both roads).
Heavy machinery will be needed if road width is narrow.
- In the case that a carrying-in path can not be secured, a mobile home can
be carried-in by a forklift or a crane.
Setting-Up (level adjustment) Charge: 80,000 yen
- Transport a mobile home to your desired place
- Decide an installation height from the ground of a mobile home, by using
a wrecker truck and/or hydraulic jacks
- Level the mobile home in front-and-rear and left-and-right directions to
make it stable
* We use jacks exclusive for mobile home for leveling and setting up mobile
homes. We also sell the jacks.
Other Costs separately incurred
- Costs for connecting/disconnecting utilities
- Costs for steps, decks, jacks, etc.
NOTE: The transportation costs are subject to change due to fluctuation
of a gasoline price, etc.
